Built in 2023, this home has all the mod cons, space and features you need when staying away. Located just 900 metres from the towns Information Centre, this central location means you can walk or bike anywhere with ease.

This house has 3 generous sized bedrooms all with King size beds and wardrobes (the master room has an ensuite). A dedicated office space with fast Wi-Fi makes this a great spot for travelling business people. A full kitchen with Bosch appliances and laundry offer flexibility for longer term stays. Sitting immediately on the Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway, the house can easily accommodate families or groups on a cycling adventure.

The full house is available to guests.  

We believe in leaving our guests to themselves for full privacy, to enjoy your stay. However, we do live locally if we are needed for any issues that may arise.

Our listing is located on Bryan Lane which is a new development in Te Aroha and consists of a private road with 11 houses in the subdivision. It is located close to the river, skate park and Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway.

All houses are brand new, built within the last 12 months.  We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy on our properties (not just inside our house). Any stains or damages due to smoking or vaping will result in additional charges being applied.

Walking into town in easy, with the main street being located just 1 minutes walk away. Additionally, with the cycleway being 10 metres away, biking becomes a great option if you wish to travel further afield.
